It is to recall that 30th June is the last date to avail rebate on House tax. It is better to submit their house tax within time to avail at least 15% discount.
On-line submission is the easiest mode of paying house tax. The Guide lines for on line submission are as follows: -
STEP 1- Connect to internet
STEP 2 -Open www.mcdpropertytax.in
STEP3- CLICK on NEW SUBMISSION
MCD form will appear, Fill up the form by referring your hard copy of previous year
Following will be asked to fill up-
Colony: -DWARKA
Category: -Residential
Covered area: -70+as is the case
Age factor: -01-04-90 to 31-03-2000
Structure: -Pucca
Total amount will be calculated automatically.
It will be asked to SUBMIT.
CLICK SUBMIT.
For new users, PASSWORD and ID will be generated. Remember your ID & PASSWORD.
Three challans of MCD copy, Bank copy and Citizen copy will generate.
Press the PRINT command by checking the box of Cheque option.
Fill up the printed challan and pay at AXIS Bank .
Axis Bank is located just adjacent to HDFC in sector-5 Dwarka.
or
Alternately one can pay online either through DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD OR NET BANKING.
Choice is yours.
All this process will take 3 minutes.
