Employees Vs Employer

After the industrial revolution in later half of 1960,The relationship between empoyees and employer developed during those days are now turned by 180 degrees apart.It was a need for both of them to be togather at times those days,grew togather with hand in gloves but now they behave as if they are foe,they don't need the support of each other however they are the part and pacel of the same coin.Still they can't manage without the help of each other.
People who joined in late 1980s and are on verge of retirement,they still don't accept an younger person as their boss.Time has changed a lot from the initial period of industrial revolution.Young,energetic and qualified persons are managing the industry today but they do not get the support from experienced staffs as they refuse to accept them as their boss.
It was one such non synchronus experience was seen and felt, resulted in force fire drill adjacent to my work place.
Healthy relationship between employees and employers are key to success of an industry and hence nation.
