Operational interruptions of January 2020


OPERATIONAL INTERRUPTIONS of January 2020

performance was a bit better than month on month basis if it is compared from November 19 to January 20 with 04 Hard Landings,03 cases of Fuel filter clog warnings and only one BIRD HIT.However on the last few days before closure of January,there were 02 cases of delays/withdrawal of acft due Rodent sight in cabin  were a matter of concern.
This must be brought into the notice of catering agencies and a compensation must be   sought for grounding due rodent.

Few significant operational interruptions of January 20 are as under for a reference:-

EXG BOM/040120 ENG1 START VALVE FAULT was reported which was rectified by replacing Start Valve.

SCH BOM/060120 ENGINE 2 STALL.Aircraft was serviced by replacing HMU and Video BSI but seek the advise of CFM due repititive reporting of stall on Engine 2.Aircraft was withdrawn and finally Engine is being replaced.

SCS DEL/100120 During taxy out for flight 879,Engine 2 fire detection Fault occur which was repititive.
Fire loop B Fan section fire sensor replaced as part of rectification.

EDE DEL/120120 Engine 1 Fail after engine start.After rectification,acft departed then Eng2 fail msg appeared during taxy.Acft withdrawn for maintenance.
TSM Task 72-00-00-810-807A c/o,TLT replaced,IP CHK VLV Condition checked ok.Eng 1&2 BSI C/O and found satisfactory.

EDE DEL/140120 P1 Sliding window cracked.P1 sliding window replaced to bring back the acft in service.

PPT BOM/160120 ENG 1 STALL was reported during descent along with ENG1 HP valve fault and Cond trim air sys fault.
BSI was c/o and found satisfactory.HP valve was replaced and Trim air systems fault was rectified by Resetting CBs of ACSC.

EXF DEL/180120 Acft was withdrawn due Eng 1 fire loop B pylon detector fault.Snag persisted even after replacing the detector.

Snag was rectified by replacing the Fire loop.
