Bihar visit

Recently I had been to Bihar for 10 days and saw an amazing change in Bihar.Road conditions are now very good,electricity has also improved but lot to be done to prevent electricity theft.Electricity distribution must be immediately handed over to private firm so that they can effectively collect the revenue and can curb the electricity theft.

The state of Bihar and its people have to work very hard to make the pace of the progress faster and in parallel to the other state of the country.

NO ONE LIKE BIHARIS

Recent hatred against Biharis in Maharashtra is setting a bad trend amongst the citizen of india.This is also a direct violation of right of an Indian citizen as per our constitution.
Biharis are hardworking and years of hard work started giving a recognition in the society.But as a common psychology,people who were used to see poor Biharis could not digest a hard working well to do Bihari.They started posing threat to their counterpart where ever they migrated for their livelyhood.This causes an inferiority complex to their fellow neighbours.May be this was the cause which resulted in hatred against Biharis in few states.
As a country every state accomodate a residents of other state and they have right too.People exodus is not only amongst the states but also in the world over.One can leave his native place and settle elsewhere only when he or she is competent enough to live over there .
Though the state of Bihar named after Lord Budha,had a very very glorious past.The Great Emperor Ashoka,Chandragupta Maurya,
Chanakya to Dr Rajendra prasad(The 1st President of India) all belonged from Bihar, erstwhile Magadh, itself.
It was the post independent negligence of the leaders of Bihar and Central government who never worked for the upliftment of state as others leaders did for their state.
Otherwise Bihar is a very very rich state of the country where poors lived.

Crowding of vehiles on the operational area at Delhi Airport

This is the time when we should initiate some action to reduce the vehicles in the operational area of IGI Airport Delhi,India.These vehicles are used to carry engineering,operation and other related staffs to the aircraft.Apart from carring the staffs other big vehicles are also used to transport passenger to the aircraft.

Each Airline has its own set of vehicles and equipments to cater the need of operation of an Aircrafts.This has resulted in large no. of vehicles and equipments on the operational site.The risk factor has increased many folds in recent years.To reduce the risk factors following actions may be initiated:-

1.All the airlines must start cooperating on the operational area by lending their equipments (if free),transporting back their staffs(While going back to louge from bay)

2 Authority must think of a project so that an integrated system of vehicles and/or equipments lending organisation will come into existance which will cater the need of all the organisations.This ground support providing organisation will be responsible for all such activities inside the operational area.

3 For carring passengers to the Aircraft from the lounge an uniform Bus Service with an attractive look to be provided.

4Strict monitoring of the Speed of the vehicles to be done.

People who have got the job behave differently and think whatever one is doing is much more than the required.They also lack the faithfulness in that particular organisation resulting in a huge national loss in terms of productivity.

In spite of a fat salary and other facilities in Aviation,the staffs are still not motivated resulting in loss of our National carrier.This is a real problem. What to do with such staffs who care only for their own benefit.

Till then he is engaged, an organisation is secondry for him.

Unless we fill the part and parcel of our organisation,No orgn. can improve its efficiency and productivity.The irony is this that company invest lots of mony to HRD Deptt.but they have little ond no will power to take any initiative in tis regard.

With a hope that some day we will be in a position to inculcate such moral value i need your valuable suggestion on the above issue.This i think is a key issue which will play a major role in uplfting the national image and prosperity to our nation by giving a quality service and productivity to nation.

This is really a very very pity situation at Delhi Airport where aircraft is getting delayed by 40 to 50 mts.This delay is not only a national wastage of foreign currency but it cost a lot to the pollution at D
elhi airport while Aircraft is waiting for ATC clearence to move while passengers are on board with APU ON.
Surprisingly,A/Cs of Private operators are getting clearence of ATC prior to national carrier(AIR INDIA).i.e they are reporting at the bay after AIR INDIA A/c but they are getting the departure preferences from ATC.
This matters needs a healthy discussions and needs all those inefficient officers to be removed from this key post of ATC.
Nation is paying because these people are unable to manage.

For last few yeaes specially after privatisation,The authority engaged a private drivers who are usually driving the vehicles inside the airport to carry staffs as well as passengers.These drivers are rude ,inexperienced and doing duty continously for more than 24hrs.Due to fatigue they can contribute a serious lapse some day.No one amongst the responsible person is thinking on this line .This need an immediate attention so that their working hours to be reduced to normal which will reduce the risk factor.
