One has to follow the following steps while purchasing online products.

Go to Modicare online site on its address

One will prompt to Modicare sign in page 

Step 2

Once the above page comes into view,touch the left corner of the page that is "Sign in" whic will take you to the next page as below

You fill up your MCA No and Password and then press "log in".

You will prompt to page as below:

Once you are at this page touch/press the three horizontal bar in top left corner.A new page will open as below:-

On this page which open as a new page go to row 4 and press "ORDERS".You get this page 

Once at this page,touch the very first row as "BILLING" and new page open as below

Once here at this page,fill up this by clicking all the three rows as Essential,Self order or itdownline order then fill up shipping address for self or for others.

After filling up the required fields in shipping address,Select COURIOR option keep pressing NEXT.Select your item from either tabular list or Graphic list and once choosen your item add it to basket  by pressing the button "add basket " in right bottom corner.

Similarly you can go to different section like Home care,Personal care etc add your item to the shopping basket and move to the NEXT

You will be finally prompted to pay on line.

Payment can be done either through DEBIT,CREDIT,NEFT OR Modicare Wallet.

Holika Dahan & Holi

The festival of Colours/Holi begins to our society one day before Holi wnamely"Holika Dahan". Members participated in this rituals in large numbers but the presence of CORONOVIROUS were visible here also when large numbers of people prefer to be at home lock.

On the day 2,similar to the day 1 as Holika Dahan,fewer members join the group of festivity as a precaution of CORONOVIRUS which may not affective much in India as the beginning of Summer is knocking at door where temperature will immediately shoot up to 38 to 40 °C whereas virus can not sustain the the temperature beyond 27°C.
Hereunder are few glimpses of Holi

From 1pm onward we served lunch for those families who deposited the amount as a participants.

Next time onwards we are planning to arrange HOLIMILAN in evening where we may arrange goods for participants.

FEBRUARY 2020,A FLIGHT DISRUPTIONS

February Disruptions

February has seen an incident of One Bird Hit that results in flight disruptions at CMB where RADOME was replaced.

No Hard Landing was reported but There were 05 reporting of Fuel Filter clog Warning.In one such case Fuel ∆S/W was replaced.

VT-EXA 02/02 at TRV F/O MCDU F plan,UT ,FOB not displayed and unable to engage AP2 after TO,P2 sixe no range display avl.The snag was rectified by replacing FCU.

PPQ AMD ON 03/02 ENG1 OIL FILTER CLOG WRG.OIL FILTER WAS REPLACED.

VT-SCH NAG/12/02/20 GNd crew reported ENG 2 TAIL PIPE FIRE after Engine S/D.TSM Task 72-00-00-810-801-A c/o.No abnormalities OBSD.on further reporting of the snag on 13/02 Oil Inlet Cover Seal and Gasket replaced as per above AMM task and finally subject Engine was replaced.

PPM BLR 6/03 for "Parking Brake inoperative",Parking Brake electrical control Valve and BSCU were replaced.
Snag was not reported thereafter.

CIG BLR/19/02 During Taxy obsd Eng 2 N1,EGT,N2 AND FF parameters fluctuating abnormally around N1 24%.Acft returned back to bay for which EIU was replaced.

PPI was withdrawn on 21/02 due Brake accumulator presdure not holding.Parking Brake accumulator relief valve was replaced.

EDD was AOG at CMB on dated 27/02 due BIRD HIT whereby  RADOME got damage.RADOME was replaced.

EXP had an incident at DEL on dated 28/02 due Y HYD Loss in flight,HYD Y RSVR LO LVL.During investigation obsd Y HYD pipe line in pylon ruptured,Same replaced.

Making of "LITTY" a Famous Bihari Dish

The basic ingredients are:-

सत्तू,

काटे हुए हरी मिर्च,प्याज,नमक स्वादानुसार 

मंग्रेल,ज्वाइन और सरसों का तेल।

इन सबको अच्छी तरह से हाथ से मिलाना है।

सत्तू भरने के लिए अब तैयार है।

आटे की लोई बनाकर मिलाए हुए सत्तू के मिश्रण को भरना है।

अब इस लोई जिसमें सत्तू भरा हुए है उसे अब उपले में आग जोड़कर या ओवन में सेंकना है।

पूरा पकाने के बाद इसे आलू के चोखा या बैगन के भरते के साथ खाया जा सकता है।

                 

खाने की विधी:-
इस विशेष व्यंजन का नाम बिहार में लिट्टी के नाम से मशहूर है।लिट्टी बिहार के कोने कोने में खाने को मिल जाता है।वैसे बिहार के आरा और पटना जैसे शहर में तो बहुत ही मशहूर है।
गरमागरम लिट्टी को हाथ से हल्के से दबाकर उसमे शुद्ध घी एक या दो चम्मच डालें और लिट्टी के स्वाद का मज़ा लीजिए।
यकीन मानिए इसका स्वाद आपको जीवन भर याद दिलाता रहेगा।

Operational interruptions of January 2020

OPERATIONAL INTERRUPTIONS of January 2020

performance was a bit better than month on month basis if it is compared from November 19 to January 20 with 04 Hard Landings,03 cases of Fuel filter clog warnings and only one BIRD HIT.However on the last few days before closure of January,there were 02 cases of delays/withdrawal of acft due Rodent sight in cabin  were a matter of concern.
This must be brought into the notice of catering agencies and a compensation must be   sought for grounding due rodent.

Few significant operational interruptions of January 20 are as under for a reference:-

EXG BOM/040120 ENG1 START VALVE FAULT was reported which was rectified by replacing Start Valve.

SCH BOM/060120 ENGINE 2 STALL.Aircraft was serviced by replacing HMU and Video BSI but seek the advise of CFM due repititive reporting of stall on Engine 2.Aircraft was withdrawn and finally Engine is being replaced.

SCS DEL/100120 During taxy out for flight 879,Engine 2 fire detection Fault occur which was repititive.
Fire loop B Fan section fire sensor replaced as part of rectification.

EDE DEL/120120 Engine 1 Fail after engine start.After rectification,acft departed then Eng2 fail msg appeared during taxy.Acft withdrawn for maintenance.
TSM Task 72-00-00-810-807A c/o,TLT replaced,IP CHK VLV Condition checked ok.Eng 1&2 BSI C/O and found satisfactory.

EDE DEL/140120 P1 Sliding window cracked.P1 sliding window replaced to bring back the acft in service.

PPT BOM/160120 ENG 1 STALL was reported during descent along with ENG1 HP valve fault and Cond trim air sys fault.
BSI was c/o and found satisfactory.HP valve was replaced and Trim air systems fault was rectified by Resetting CBs of ACSC.

EXF DEL/180120 Acft was withdrawn due Eng 1 fire loop B pylon detector fault.Snag persisted even after replacing the detector.

Snag was rectified by replacing the Fire loop.

BHUMI PUJAN-ROYAL GREEN TEMPLE

As discussed and being the first step towards construction of (long awaited demand of residents) 

 Temple was taken in terms of Bhumi Pujan on the most auspicious day of Basant Panchami on the site.

The work on the site will begin soon as per plan.

It is requested to rest other members of Royal Green Apartments to expedite in donating the said amount(minimum₹2500/-).

If everything goes as per plan,the apartment will have its own temple after an elapsed of 20 years within 30 days.

Saraswati puja in Royal Green Apartments

Saraswati Puja was celebrated in our society at our common Hall with much enthusiasm and happiness as usual like previous year.

Large number of residents joined the puja and worshipped the goddess of knowledge and wisdom.

Puja begin by 12:30 till 2pm of dated 30/01/20 thereafter prasad was distributed among the devotees followed by brunch.

Here are few glimpses of tbe puja.
