Installation of Aircraft Stretcher

The basic principle is to install a 6ft stretcher without removing the seats.

This requires 3 seats to be engaged as the stretcher mechanism are installed over 3 seats (Last 3 rows of LH or RH Side)

In order to do this,two seats ie E&F in each row(fwd),except the last row,backrest are folded in forward direction.

A stretcher is installed over these 3 rows of seats.

The following is the work scope of stretcher installation 

Step 1

Open the Bolts of two seats back rest

Step 2

Remove the actuator’s bolt of these two seats

Step 3

Install the seat rails between The Two seats tracks for support of installing stretcher mechanism over it.

Step 4

Install B poles over these seat rails leaving 4 holes from both sides i.e. install this pole in 5th hole from left and also in 5th hole from Right.

Step 5

Install and assemble the platform on this two poles.

Step 6

Install the belts from the lower side of the platform and attached to the rear side of last row of two seats.

Step 7 

Attach the stretcher over the platform and keep the cushion over it.

Step 8 

Install a privacy curtain over it.

This is just a simple guidance whereas one has to follow special instructions of its manufacturer.

After removal these seats are to be disinfected before the aircraft is normalised for next flight.

Replacement of APU Lube unit fitted on A320 series of Aircraft

For replacement of the Lube unit AMM 49-91-45-000/400-003-A,FCU 

needed to be removed and then installed.AMM 49-31-11-000/400-003-A

FCU has 4 fuel lines,3 of which have 2 seals in one line of same P/N and one line has 2 seals of different P/N than 3 previous lines which have 6 seals.

A sequence is to follow for mounting bolts of Lube unit as given below in the pic

Torque required to be given is 180 lbft-inch

Replenish the APU oil if needed and close the APU access door.

Checked for APU performance on both load of electrical and bleed load.

This is just a maintenance tip,refer to AMM for details.

Replacement of IDG Charge and Scavenge Filter

AMM TASK 24-21-51-000/400-810-A

Torque reqd is 180 lbf-inch

Packing (1) is usually available with Filter itself.

Cleaning and/or replacement of FAV TCT FILTER ON CEO Aircraft

Any work on TCT or TLT is required to open 413/423 DT Panel.

Once you open this access panel,there is a 90% probability that you find 2 or 3 screws stuck and you need a structure personal to cut the screw or Nut Plate.

Select AMM relevant TASK as per its manufacturer/supplier.

Step 1 Remove inner liner

Step 2 Remove window connector

Step 3- There are 45 screws of same P/N that are to be removed by the use of Bit size of Quarter alpha.

Follow the TQ sequence while installation as detailed in picture below:-

Out of flush dimensions and peripheral clearance must not be out of tolerance.

After installation, normalised the Aircraft and put the CBs in.

Apply sealant and wait for its curing time.

There are different curing processes,refer AMM for this.

This is just a simple guide to work however you must follow the applicable AMM.

5 हिन्दू परिवार ने मिलकर काम करने वाले मजदूरों को धमका दिया कि तुम मंदिर में काम नहीं करोगे।

ये कौन लोग है? सभी हिन्दू ही है या फिर इनके पूर्वज मुसलमान रहे होंगे।

हैरानी है फिर भी सनातन का अस्तित्व है।

रही बात इंद्रप्रस्थ कि तो अभी की सरकार ने अब जाकर इतिहास के पन्नों से मुगलो का 

गुणगान हटाने की हिम्मत तो की है।अब आगे देखिये क्या होता हैं।शायद कल दिल्ली फिर से इंद्रप्रस्थ के नाम से जाना जाने लगेगा।पर तब हम न हो लेकिन आशा है सनातन तब भी होगा।

हमे अलग अलग संप्रदाय और गुटों में बांटने का जितना जाती प्रथा का हाथ रहा है उतना ही हमारे धर्म गुरुओं का भी रहा है। गुरुओं ने हमेशा ही अपने विचार को अपने शिष्यों पर थोपने की कोशिश की और डर से या और तरीके से उन्हें सनातन से अलग हट कर सोचने के लिए विवश किया।कभी ये नहीं कहा कि जिन विचारों से मै आपको अवगत करा रहा हु वो सनातन से ही आया हैं।

सनातन के पतन के जिम्मेदार दोनों ही है।
