February Disruptions
February has seen an incident of One Bird Hit that results in flight disruptions at CMB where RADOME was replaced.
No Hard Landing was reported but There were 05 reporting of Fuel Filter clog Warning.In one such case Fuel ∆S/W was replaced.
VT-EXA 02/02 at TRV F/O MCDU F plan,UT ,FOB not displayed and unable to engage AP2 after TO,P2 sixe no range display avl.The snag was rectified by replacing FCU.
PPQ AMD ON 03/02 ENG1 OIL FILTER CLOG WRG.OIL FILTER WAS REPLACED.

VT-SCH NAG/12/02/20 GNd crew reported ENG 2 TAIL PIPE FIRE after Engine S/D.TSM Task 72-00-00-810-801-A c/o.No abnormalities OBSD.on further reporting of the snag on 13/02 Oil Inlet Cover Seal and Gasket replaced as per above AMM task and finally subject Engine was replaced.
PPM BLR 6/03 for "Parking Brake inoperative",Parking Brake electrical control Valve and BSCU were replaced.

CIG BLR/19/02 During Taxy obsd Eng 2 N1,EGT,N2 AND FF parameters fluctuating abnormally around N1 24%.Acft returned back to bay for which EIU was replaced.
PPI was withdrawn on 21/02 due Brake accumulator presdure not holding.Parking Brake accumulator relief valve was replaced.
EDD was AOG at CMB on dated 27/02 due BIRD HIT whereby RADOME got damage.RADOME was replaced.
EXP had an incident at DEL on dated 28/02 due Y HYD Loss in flight,HYD Y RSVR LO LVL.During investigation obsd Y HYD pipe line in pylon ruptured,Same replaced.
