Functional check of Over Pressure Valve of A320 Aircraft
OPV functional check:-
OPEN PANEL 413CT on Engine Pylon,
REMOVE THE BLANK of OPV BY CUTTING THE LOCK WIRE,
ATTACH THE N2 HOSE OF THE TEST KIT TO THE BLANK IN RHS OPV UNIT(AFT LOOKING FWD) ,
CHECK THAT INDICATOR IS AT "OPEN" MARK,
THROUGH THE N2 BOTTLE INCREASE THE PR TO 95 PSI AND ENSURE THAT VALVE GOES SMMOTHLY TO "CLOSE" psn,
REDUCE THE PR TO 70 PSI AND CHECK THAT VALVE MOVES SMOOTHLY IN "OPEN" PSN.
After the check is performed, close the Engine cowl.
