Anti corrosion compound -CA1000

Following CBs are to be safetied open:-

122VU /X13,X14,

123VU /AF10

TQ required to be given to screws between 11.8 to 13.2lbft

PN-TO BE CHECKED WHICH MAY BE OF GKN OR SGS supplier

Select AMM relevant TASK as per its manufacturer/supplier.

AMM TASK 56-11-12-000/400-002-A

Step 1 Remove inner liner

Step 2 Remove window connector

Step 3- There are 45 screws of same P/N that are to be removed by the use of Bit size of Quarter alpha.

Follow the TQ sequence while installation as detailed in picture below:-

Out of flush dimensions and peripheral clearance must not be out of tolerance.

After installation, normalised the Aircraft and put the CBs in.

Apply sealant and wait for its curing time.

There are different curing processes,refer AMM for this.

This is just a simple guide to work however you must follow the applicable AMM.
